Do you sell Locally or just online?

I sell both locally and online. The best way to stay up to date on where I will be selling locally is to subscribe to my newsletter, check out my “Events” page, and follow me on Instagram.

And the best way to hear about my online restocks is to subscribe to my newsletter. Newsletter subscribers get first notification of online sales!

Do you ship your ceramics?

I sure do. I currently ship all throughout the US and Canada. I am happy to ship overseas as well. Shipping will be an additional cost and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Scroll down to see more details regarding my shipping policies.

SHIPPING, DAMAGES & REFUNDS

 

Shipping Policies

All domestic shipping with be through USPS. Shipping will be calculated at check out based on weight and dimensions of each order.

All Canada orders will be shipped via UPS. Shipping will be calculated at check out based on weight and dimensions of each order

All international shipping will be shipped with DHL Express. Shipping will be calculated at check out based on weight and dimensions of each order.

Sarah E. Hodzic Ceramics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

You have 14 days to request a full refund after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return please contact me at sarah@sarahehodzic.com. If your return is accepted I will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the cost of return shipping). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
